My name is Faye Watts. I am the owner/administrator for the daycare. I am a retired federal investigator and military veteran.
I have always dreamed of opening a daycare where learning is fun and adventurous but also stimulates the children’s interest in learning new things. I thank my Pastors at Life Connection’s Ministry for making this dream a reality.

My name is Ivy Pratt. I am a mother and a nana. I have always loved children and have many more than my birth children that call me mom.
I am the director of the daycare. I love and appreciate the blessing I have of being able to love on and care for not only the children enrolled but the families and staff.
I am very close to finishing my degree in Early Childhood Education and will use the knowledge I have learned along with and most importantly lots of prayer and guidance from the Lord to make this a place where love is felt even just walking through the door.

Ms. Taylor-Lead Teacher (Infant Room)
My name is Taylor Light! I am a lead teacher in the infant room (ages 2 weeks-12 months). While my college education is in nursing, my passion is in early childhood education. My work focuses on providing a nurturing, safe and loving environment as the children in my care transition into their first school experience. In our classroom, your child can expect to have fun as we work together to reach developmental milestones specific for their age.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children, ages 7 and 2. We enjoy being outside and you’re likely to find me coaching our daughter’s soccer and softball seasons. I also love to craft!

Hello, my name is Noah Pratt. I am someone with a heart for God, a mind for telling stories, and a soul that wants to help as much as possible. In my family, I'm known as Uncle Sandman. Mainly because I could always get my nephew to sleep without much fuss. I knew what he wanted or needed before he was able to talk, and this experience touched my heart in a way that made me feel that I was doing the right thing for my life. I always keep a smile on my face and love being in the child-care industry.

Ms. Mindi-Preschool Teacher
My name is Mindi and I have worked with children since 1996. I have 8 years in early childhood and have worked in public education teaching 4th and 5thgrades for over 20 years.
Our classroom will be working on fine motor skills, creative and dramatic play, building vocabulary and sharing. We will eventually move on to name recognition, letter and number recognition and writing.

My name is Angel Moore, I recently started in childcare just two years ago. I went to Kansas City Community College in my senior year of high school and received an Early Childhood Education certificate A. I decided to continue my education further and enrolled to Missouri Western University to become an elementary teacher and am currently still enrolled, this is my freshman year. I love being around and working with kids! I am expecting my own girl soon and this is such a great opportunity, and already love working with all the children!

Hey! My name is Scott Loftin, 28, but most of my kiddos have always called Mr. Scott. I have been working with kids for over a decade in both tutoring programs, Martial arts programs, and have lead and directed & development a handful of afterschool programs and curriculums. I am about to finish my next degree in B.S of Pastoral Care & Child Psych. I love bringing the care of how the Lord Influenced my life into how I help the next generation.
